April Review - Slacking Off

I haven't decided yet how I feel about April. I ran decently for much of the month, but abhorrently for the final week. The Flames went busto in six games against Chicago, and the NHL officiating crew once again demonstrated they are by far the worst out of all major professional sports. Partially due to the NHL playoffs and partially due to some minor burnout, I played significantly less hands than I intended to on the month. That said, I still played enough to be further ahead of SNE pace than I was when the month started.

Here are my NLHE winnings for the month:

The bottom line:
$10030.95 NLHE winnings
+$9.60 PLO winnings (I was 6 tabling $25PLO 6max for kicks for an hour)
+$5051.03 rakeback (from 90,197 VPPs)
+$2200.00 milestone bonus ($3k - $800 FPP value)
+$120 WSOP deposit bonus (free money, yay)
+$90 freerollaments (could of gone deep if AK > AQ one time)
---------------------------
$17501.58 USD total profit. This is technically a new personal best month, inching out March by around $35 (lol). At the current exchange rate, this amounts to ~$20897.40 CDN. Lousy Canadian dollar keeps getting more valuable.

In May I want to suck it up and put in a full 100k VPPs. Given that there are five full weekends and 31 days total, this shouldn't be terribly difficult. If all goes according to plan I could be ~75% to SNE by the end of July, after I receive the 100k credit for playing the WSOP ME.

Congrats on your month!
Have you ever consider coaching? I'm very interested. I'm not a very serious player, I only play for fun but of course would like to improve my game. I play at the micro stakes and kept winning and losing it back all the time. The coaching I'm talking about is just watching you play for an hour and than you watch me play for an hour and tell me what I'm doing wrong. That's all. Please let me know.

Thanks.

Thanks for your reply.
Do you know anybody that you think good enough to coach micro stakes player like me?

Split Suit would be the first one that comes to mind. You can check him out at www.splitsuit.com.

The 2+2 coaching sub forum will also have plenty of coaches looking for work. I've never been coached personally, so I can't really give any first hand recommendations.
